The short answer is yes and no. Everything depends on the request criteria. Sometimes we can find candidates very quickly but sometimes if the request criteria is sophisticated it may take some time. There is a chance your ideal candidate is already in our large internal candidate database that we have aggregated over time. In this case, things may wrap up really quickly. Otherwise, we will source new candidates according to your request criteria using the cutting-edge sourcing tools and our crafted sourcing methods that will ensure we get results in the fastest possible time.
We take matching criteria very seriously. First and foremost, we will make sure that we won’t offer you a candidate that does not match your criteria in the first place. To ensure that we will sit down together with you and build up a very detailed talent profile.
We also understand that life is unpredictable. We cannot always guarantee 100% compatibility. Things might look right in the beginning, but decline over time. This happens. Happiness of our customers means everything to us. That is why we will consistently collect feedback from you and try to address any miscommunications between you and our talents to solve issues or find reasonable compromises. If nothing works we will initiate a replacement process where we will find you new teamplayers. In that case any recruitment costs will be on us. Given that we have a large internal candidate database, this might be a quick operation.
Don’t worry, as this is highly unlikely. We evaluate the vacancy and conduct in-depth labor market analysis on a daily basis consistently checking on the new applications. This allows us to set realistic hiring deadlines, and we have an increasing internal database of more than 3000 candidates already.
We function similarly to the outstaffing hiring model, where you will sign contracts with us only. We take care of all of the talents related paperwork, payments, etc.
Yes, you can but only until we finalized the candidate profile and initiated the sourcing process. But don’t worry, our recruiters and tech specialists always advise our clients to make sure they understand who they need for their team. To make sure that the candidate profiles are realistic, we conduct in-depth market analytics and discuss with you a complete portrait of your future hire.
We are not an outstaffing agency but we do overlap. Similar to the outstaffing hiring model we assign IT talents to join your team for the amount of time that you request.
However:
1) We will always source new candidates according to your requested criteria acting as an internal recruiting agency to do that
2) We assign talents exclusively to you
3) The talents are technically working for you but are physically hired by us
4) The talents are not hourly workers, they become like your salaried employees but without any legal burden of the hiring process and the employment law.
